At first I had trial version and after it ended I decided to upgrade to Mc. Afee Antivurus Plus 2. I experienced some problems with downloading it it didnt install properly and I had to contact customer services. They said they can fix problems with remote access to my computer. I dont know how did they managed it, because I could see all setup on my comp, but after restarting my computer it appeared that some of the features, data, files and software were deleted entirely from my computer. I did recovery to the earlier time in day, but it didnt help. I managed to reinstall some of the features, but I still had some major errors in the computer, because everytime I switched it on I received error messages and most of the installed programms didnt work properly. In the end the only solution was to perform the full destructive recovery to restore it to manufacturer settings. Needless to say all this process took TIME and lost some of my data.
